greetings! thought I'd share a few random recent postings from my blog in case you haven't been there lately. and hey, come and visit my blog anytime! I'm adding new stuff almost every day. Except when I don't. :) http://www.karenalonge.com/blog.html ************************************ did you know this about salt? it's a natural antihistamine! I read about this home remedy in an article months ago, and since I rarely get sick, I had to wait a long time to test it out. I am happy to report that it works like a charm! To clear nasal congestion: put a pinch of salt on your tongue and chase it down with an entire glass of water. Within seconds, I went from not being able to breathe at all through my nose to a completely clear airway. I literally felt the inflammation melt away! It was amazing. I had heard about flushing the sinuses with salt water in a neti pot before, but that sounded too uncomfy to me, so I never tried it. This is so easy and benign, and it beats the stuffing (hee hee hee) out of any other thing I have ever tried; it's virtually free, readily available, and has no side effects! ************************************************* sweet waves I've been riding on the web today: have you heard about the underground movie The Secret? Already toldja I am a big fan of Steve Pavlina's blog... now here he is talking about it! gosh I love this guy ... http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2006/05/the-secret see and/or order the movie for yourself at http://www.thesecret.tv I'm hoping to watch it this weekend. (I DID watch it this weekend, and it was fantastic! very inspiring. I highly recommend it, especially if you loved What The Bleep.) THIS left my mind reeling. The ultimate in self-responsibility from Joe Vitale ... who, not coincidentally, is in on The Secret. http://www.mrfire.com/article-archives/new-articles/worlds-most-unusual-therapist.html and for a listing of inspiring blogs, check out the personal development blog carnival: (a blog carnival is a listing of blog postings on a particular subject) http://www.ldrj.com/cabl/2006/08/20/the-personal-development-carnival-august-20-2006/ ********************************* so there you go. If you are interested in some transformation-inspiring conversation about anything that is troubling you regarding your work, your kids, or your love life, let's talk soon.
